My cooking experiment begins..

I have finally quit my job as a teacher to stay at home to take care of my children and the house. It has been 2 weeks already and I am enjoying myself as for the first time, I actually look forward to weekdays more than weekends! It's a good feeling as there are more weekdays than weekends!

I have always enjoyed cooking and now, with the time at home, I can start my cooking experiments on the recipes I have accumulated over the years..

Thanks to my ex-colleague, Sabrina who gave me this as a farewell gift..

Now my recipes are more organised and I can't wait to start cooking them, especially the Masterchef recipes which I printed as well as Heston Blumenthal's Posh Chips Recipe.

Heston Blumenthal is a celebrity chef with a 3 Michelin starred restaurant. His dishes give you a multi-sensory experience as it involves sound as well. His Posh Chips is famous as it feels like you are eating chips made from glass as it is very crispy. He is one of the most creative chefs I have ever known and his methods are out of this world.

Anyway, enough said.. My cooking experiment begins as I try out my recipes.
